Content refers to any text, graphics, audio, video, data, or other material available through the Services, including output generated by AI. User Content includes any data, text, audio, video, CVs/resumes, interview recordings, prompts, or other material you upload or share via the Services. Paid Services covers any subscription or one-time purchase, such as premium plans or AI credits, provided for a fee. 2. Acceptance of Terms By using the Services, you accept these Terms as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy. If you disagree, you should not use the Services. 3. Eligibility To use the Services, you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 4. Account Registration You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and to keep your credentials secure. Newsletter & Marketing Emails If you opt in when creating an account, you agree to receive our newsletter and marketing emails from selected partners. You can unsubscribe at any time without losing access to the Services. All communication is compliant with GDPR and applicable Italian laws. 8. Payments, Renewals & Refunds Pricing All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, unless noted. Credits Credits never expire and remain available unless the platform shuts down permanently. In that case, we will give you a reasonable window to use remaining credits. Cooling-off waiver By purchasing credits or any product on interviuu.com, you ask for immediate access to digital content. You acknowledge that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery starts, as per EU law. Refunds Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. 9. User Conduct You agree to use the Services in a lawful manner and not to: Violate copyright or other intellectual property rights Harass, bully, threaten, or promote hate speech Share illegal or obscene material Spread malware, scrape data, or overload our systems Bypass usage limits or reverse-engineer our systems 10. License to User Content By submitting User Content, you give interviuu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, process, publish, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, or promote the Services. You retain ownership of your content. 11. Intellectual Property All non-user Content belongs to interviuu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, alter, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or Content without prior written approval. 12. AI-Generated Output & Advice Disclaimer interviuu uses AI models that may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information. Output is provided "as is" for general information and should not be considered legal, professional, or career advice. You are solely responsible for verifying its accuracy and appropriateness. 13. Third-Party Links & Services The Services may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or policies, and your use of them is at your own risk. 14. No Guarantees We do not guarantee that you will get a job, be invited to interviews, or achieve any specific results from using the Services. 16. Limitation of Liability Excluded damages interviuu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business. Cap on liability Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for Paid Services in the 12 months before the incident. 17. Indemnification You agree to defend and indemnify interviuu and its affiliates from any claims or losses arising from: Your use of the Services Your User Content Violations of these Terms Any illegal recordings or content you create 18. Force Majeure Neither you nor interviuu will be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, outages, cyberattacks, or government actions. 19. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or if we stop offering the Services. You may also delete your account at any time. Certain clauses will still apply after termination. 20. Assignment interviuu may transfer or assign this agreement to any affiliate or successor without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. 21. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy. 22. Changes to the Services We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. If core features of a Paid Service are significantly reduced, we will notify you 30 days in advance and offer a partial refund. 23. Entire Agreement & Severability These Terms, along with any referenced documents, form the entire agreement between you and interviuu. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. 24.
